Apricot and floral Gesha from Edinson Argote! Edison Argote is a passionate producer who’s racking up some serious experience despite his young age. He is quickly becoming one of our favorites around here at PERC. Edinson produces exceptional coffee at his farm, Quebraditas Coffee Farms. The process begins with harvesting the ripest cherries and floating them to remove any undesirables. The cherries are allowed to oxidize for 72 hours.
