Catalyst Blend Roasted in a more traditional Italian style, Catalyst is perfectly suited for espresso. This coffee is slightly more robust than our XS-Blend, with tasting notes akin to bittersweet chocolate and cedar wood. Catalyst leaves a nice lingering bitterness on the pallet and shines through in perfect harmony with milk-based drinks. 100% Blend of Brazils from Cerrado Tasting notes: Bittersweet Chocolate, Toasted Nut, Cedar Roast level: Medium-Dark (no oils) Availability: Stable
