"Hi it's a hour and 10 min to closing time during January 2026 middle of winter and its predicted to snow , I walked into the store as a returning customer and the staff are here without supervision they turned their espresso machine off and refused yo make me a hot drink , I felt disrespected as a loyal customer. Calling on the owners to get video supervision on the younger staff members. Thank you. Seriously yall might as well turn the Ice machine off during July. ... I was kind of upset as my husband and I usually share a hot coffee after a intense workout and the Ac in the mall is blasting so my hubby is cold and they are only serving cold drinks. Anyway hope yall fix this"

"Update 1/31/26 - Different day same result...but with attitude from the blue haired teenager. Pretty much baiting us to leave more bad reviews because she's going to close the shop early whether customers like it or not. They clearly read the reviews but dont make the adjustments. We left a complaint with MCM mall management as well. It appears the workers are eager to go home early so they refuse customers half of the items on the menu with a little over an hour left till mall closing. Typical odessa service."
