"I have visited this establishment 3 times within a 7 day time period (as shown in the picture) & placed the same exact order each time (Hot Chocolate) . This establishment is beautiful and treats looked good, which was great considering customer experience is important to me. My first visit, exceptional & offered a little bit of whipped cream, after that the server did not offer but fine because it was still good. Today, not only was the price higher my hot chocolate was watery, not creamy & rich, but at least the server today was kind. I really wanted to try the sweet treats, but a little apple cider donut that’s smaller than the palm of my hand (I’m 5’3) was 5$ before tax, which felt heafty considering how much I was paying for a expensive hot chocolate, and donuts come notoriously with a hole on the middle 😂"

"I visited this establishment twice, hoping for a good experience, but both times left me disappointed. The first time, I tried their special strawberry matcha. It cost over $10 for a small cup, which was shocking. Worse, the strawberry was overly sweet with artificial flavoring, and the matcha was grainy and clearly not high quality. Despite this, I gave them another chance. On my second visit, I got a croissant and a muffin. I was shocked again when I saw the server wearing gloves, pressing the muffins to check if they were soft. It made me suspect they were stale and I was right. The muffin was hard and inedible. The croissant smelled and tasted like plastic. Overall, both experiences were unpleasant, and I won’t be returning."

"Absolutely adorable coffee shop, gentleman behind the counter was pleasant and helpful, especially when I was caffeine deprived. Decor was adorable and cozy, if im in the area again definitely coming back!"

"Got a coffee. Asked to use the bathroom. Tells me it’s out of order. Ok. Well I sit down. Proceeds to tell another customer the passcode for the bathroom door. Very poor service. Rude. How can you treat a paying customer like that. The construction site I’m doing won’t be doing business here."
