The coffee is always piping hot Please done change a thing including your staff"

"I found a shard of glass in the scallion cream cheese I was about to serve to my toddler. We are incredibly fortunate that my wife was taking some of the cream cheese off his to put on her own gluten free bagel when she found it. I called them and let them know and they didn't seem super concerned - I told them they should probably toss out the whole batch of cream cheese because it probably had other shards of glass. We tossed out all of our bagels because we all has Scallion cream cheese and will never eat here ever again."
