"Sweet Praxis provided the cake for our May wedding reception. The cake was beautiful, delicious, and praised by the guests. They delivered the cake day-of without a hitch. Lemon cake with lemon buttercream and raspberry preserve and lemon curd fillings. They were able to provide sheet cakes in the same flavor so we could feed all the guests. We froze some, and it was still delicious several months later."

Everything was absolutely delicious and we received so many compliments from our guests! Meg and Jen were so sweet, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. We also love visiting the bakery on the weekends for a coffee drink and breakfast treat!!!"

"I've been here a handful of times, and each trip has been a great time. The food is delicious, with plenty of yummy vegan and gluten free options. The coffee drinks are good and they have rotating seasonal drinks too. The baked goods are incredible, and again they have options to accommodate vegans and folks with a gluten sensitivity. The vibes are also incredible, as the staff are warm and welcoming and the decor is bright and well thought out."

"Quality used to be better. I still recommend this place as the best vegan and gluten free bakery in Syracuse. However, I feel lately the pastries are more salty than sweet and I can't help but feel foolish trying to tip well only to end up with a burnt sandwich and a tiny salad with only rotten leaves. Super disappointing from my favorite spot in town. Since money is so tight lately I'm considering never going back. Truely, I am heartbroken."
