The decor is super cute, with fun little touches everywhere that make it the perfect hangout or study spot. Of course, the drinks are still top-tier. Whether you’re into classic milk teas or looking to try something new, everything is consistently delicious and beautifully made. The staff is always so kind and accommodating, which really adds to the overall experience. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Hi Tea has easily become my go-to boba spot in Syracuse, and I’m so excited to keep coming back to this new location!"

My husband loved his mango sago, and my daughter absolutely loved the strawberry overload. But my personal favorite was the summer melon green tea with lychee – it was hands-down amazing! The combination of the refreshing melon green tea and the sweet, slightly tart lychee was perfect. The ambiance and decor added to the experience. It's a cute and inviting space, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the drinks. More of their extensive menu is definitely worth exploring!"
