"What a great hamburger!! I think it was one of the best I ever had. It was a simple one, forgot the name but was amazing! The sweet potato friers were spot on too!! The chicken sub and the tots were ok, nothing special. The beignet was super duper oily lol definitely different from New Orleans ones, but is all good. Was totally worth for the burger!! Edit- the burger name is downtown deluxe!! Try it"

"Absolutely amazing! The gentleman at the counter was super friendly and the food was to die for. The coffee was fresh and delicious with the mocha in particular being one of the best I’ve ever tasted! I’d highly recommend getting one of their breakfast sandwiches. I got the maple one and it was top notch! If you’re in downtown Syracuse, then you NEED to check the place out!"

"I was eager to try this place after seeing a glowing review on TikTok but I wasn't overly impressed. The burgers we ordered were tasty but I feel like $45 for three cheeseburgers with a bag of plain chips was overpriced even for today's economy. I was also kind.of disappointed with how long our service took, especially when it seemed like regulars who came in after us were served immediately. The fries were good but I feel like they ought to have been included in the price of the meal. There is no restroom for customers."
