When I clarified politely, the guy in the front barista chose to argue repeatedly with me—going back and forth multiple times—more focused on being right than resolving the issue. He insisted I ordered incorrectly and hadn’t listened, even though neither the verbal order confirmation nor the screen indicated hot or iced. No apology—just defensiveness and escalation over a simple oversight. Surprising approach for a neighborhood café. Poor customer service. He’s got to check his ego."
