"Elios Ice Cream is a MUST if you’re in Queens! Everything we tried was so good, from the creamy ice cream to the cookies and donuts, it’s a dessert lover’s dream. The portions are generous, the flavors are rich, and you can tell everything is super fresh. The vibe is fun and perfect for late-night cravings, especially since they’re open until 2am every day. Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the place definitely lives up to the hype. I’ll 100% be back, already one of my favorite dessert spots! 🍦🍪🍩"

"The staff is always kind, accommodating and attentive. There is a relaxed atmosphere. The place seems to be maintained nicely. The coffee ice cream has a nice balance of flavor and sweetness. The crepes are definitely for the chocolate lovers. They aren’t shy about the fruit which is amazing. The crepes are big enough to share between this family. The owner is very kind as well! 10/10 experience."

"DON’T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. I came to Elio’s with a friend for a quick sweet treat, and it was neither quick nor enjoyable. We waited 20 minutes just for someone to take our order, then another 15 minutes to receive it. For a dessert spot, that’s unacceptable. We ordered a donut sandwich and a hot baddie brownie. The brownie was burnt in some spots, but the biggest issue was the lack of pricing transparency. When ordering the donut sandwich, I was told to choose a drizzle and a topping. I noticed each one on the menu would cost an extra $1.50, so I clearly told the cashier that we did not want them if there was an additional charge. She assured us they were included and didn’t give us a receipt. After asking for a receipt, we finally received it five minutes later, only to see that we were charged extra for both the drizzle and the topping. When we questioned this and asked for a refund, the employee then claimed the drizzle and topping were required and that the sandwich couldn’t be made without them. At that point, I wish we had just canceled the order entirely because the explanations kept changing and made no sense, but we had waited so long we just wanted our desserts at that point. The donut sandwich ended up costing $16.45 (about $3 more than expected), and the hot baddie brownie was $12.95, bringing the total after tax to $32 for only 2 very poor-quality desserts. The donut itself was tough and dense- more like a bagel than a donut. The “required” topping was served on the side anyway. The pistachio ice cream tasted extremely artificial and unpleasant. There was no opportunity to sample more than 1 flavor beforehand because the two employees were completely overwhelmed and disorganized. The cookie monster flavor was decent, and the cookies and cream was just okay- nothing special. I think the staff needs better training for busy rushes, or the store needs more employees. Elio’s clearly just wants your money regardless of the quality they deliver. Between the confusing pricing, long waits, and low-quality food, this place is absolutely not worth it. This was a terrible experience and I will not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else pay these ridiculous prices either."

"The Hot Brownie Baddie with Biscoff caramel ice cream was absolutely amazing. The brownie was warm, rich, and perfectly fudgy, and the Biscoff caramel ice cream on top took it to another level. The combination of hot and cold was just perfect. On top of that, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a dessert worth trying again❤️"

"Owners need to get more staff. Waited 40 minutes to get a small scoop of ice cream and a cookie sandwich, staff did not let me know it would take long. I understand that stores are busy and to have grace but I was the only person in the store. A heads up on the time would’ve been nice."

"Elio's colorful exterior appearance and the array of scrumptious donuts on display in the window gave me a personal invitation to enter the business. Oh my..."
