"Rady and the server behind the counter were "eggcelent" in their service and hospitality. From start to finish, they checked-in occasionally to ensure that the food was to your liking. I emphasized my take on the elote fries and Rady was kind enough to take my suggestion to heart. The burger was excellent in that it was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and the egg on top was cooked perfectly runny, which enhanced the umami of the overall burger. It was definitely a pleasant experience and their menu is so expansive that I can't wait to come back to try more of their other selections. For the elote fries, I hope they'll elevate it even more by making it more similar to actual elotes, by adding more corn and coating the fries a bit better with actual elote condiments and cheeses.
