"Pros - Bakery/Pastry is phenomenal. Decor and motif very charming. Hard working /overworked staff. Pastries excellent. Cons- confusing check itemized ingredients on bill-parmigiana not melted or broiled (see photo) and salad items included in salad like the dressing. Menu heavy on Avocado, yet all brown. no soups, no bread cover (1.50 extra). No kids menu or combos. Burger unfortunately was unappetizing and grey. No fries or ketchup. Fries extra(10$)and not crispy but still tasty, more of a oil poached. Not enough staff, waiter was ordering,busing and cleaning tables on the fly=(. Hopefully it will grow and improve and be as amazing as Royal Crown , we will definitely be back to try again. Needs to decide if it is a restaurant or a sandwich shop."

"TLDR: we love the royal crown family of restaurants and the food was good but the service has a long way to go. We went the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. There was one table seated and three walked in after us. We had two children and four adults. Asked for meatballs for the kids, and ordered burgers, fries, chicken fingers, sandwiches and a pasta. Also got the special garlic bread which should’ve been awesome but was cold and disappointing. It had potential to be really great. The burger was awesome, fries were great as were the sandwiches and platters. The pasta with Alfredo was under sauces and the grilled chicken add on was very small for the serving of pasta. The meatballs were unavailable but it took a long time to determine that. The service was really slow. There were very few people but it took a long time to get our food out. No recognition of us having two toddlers. Our service seemed slower than other tables seated after us. I will go back. But I hope they improve on service. I’ve had really great experiences at other Filoncino Cafes."

"What a delightful dinner my friends & I had Halloween 2025! It was fun to see some of the staff dressed up & to watch cars driving up to other storefronts w/ their costumed children! The house made pastas were so flavorful & perfectly cooked. My favorite menu item was the JUNK DRAW salad! The large is big enough to share w/ 5 adults w/ a satisfying leftover! This is a very uniquely designed restaurant so visit it! You won’t be disappointed🌟👏🏻🌟👏🏻🌟"
