"They really do have amazing bagels and bacon egg and cheeses. For whatever reason though lately , the coffee is just gross. Taste like it's sitting there for hours burnt. If you ever left coffee on the burner you know what nasty burnt coffee taste like. Unfortunate that this has happened 3-4 times now. I know it's maybe a minor thing for you guys complaint wise but it would be amazing if you guys made sure that every pot has fresh coffee in the morning rush hour. Took one sip and just threw it out."

"For family party’s, I always order the large round bagel wheel that comes with potato and macaroni salad on the side for free! $65.99 for it I thought was a good deal. I understand prices go up, but now the large round bagel wheel is $80 and it doesn’t come with the complimentary salads is ridiculous. Looks like a new bagel shop is on the horizon."
