What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"This is a cute local spot and I really enjoyed the “better than ya motha’s” grilled cheese sandwich and the raspberry dessert bars. There’s lots of locally sourced and grown snack options like pretzels, granola, and fresh bread. Employees were polite and I enjoyed the rustic, farm inspired interior. The wait for the sandwich was longer than what I was expecting and there’s no place to sit inside. I was given the dessert bar only after reminding the employee. I would stop by again if I’m in the area but could use a bit better service."
"I am so happy this shop is in town! Having just moved back to Pound Ridge after many years, the proximity to a friendly delicious coffee shop is most welcome. The sandwiches are extra delicious, the pastries are absolutely wonderful. The coffee is fresh and delicious. Most importantly, the folks here are super friendly and welcoming, and this is a very comfortable place to get a cup of coffee and say hello. So happy you all are here!"
"Cute coffee shop with unexpectedly good espresso. We weren’t sure the cappuccinos were going to be good because they came in Small and Large options 👀 but the proportions were right and the drinks were good - 100% drinkable! Coffee cake is ok."
"Wow. The Farmer's Grind is amazing every time! Friendly staff, cutest atmosphere and, of course the best food! Great coffee, sammies that are greater than the sum of their parts, delicious ice cream, and carefully curated local baked goods, prepared foods, and produce. What more could you ask for? I seriously would eat here every day. The photo doesn't do it justice."
"Very attractive store: specialty coffee, sandwiches, specialty food items, and things such as coffee mugs, etc. They carry coffee from Suffern's Java Love roasting company. The 16oz Americano coffee (espresso + hot waterI) I ordered was boiing hot. I had to wait a good 3 to 4 minutes before I could drink it. It could become a disaster AND an insurance issue if it spills on someone. It's an easy mistake to correct -- the added water should be 194-201°. Also, it had too much added water, so it had barely had any flavor. I respectfully reported this to the barista and she added a shot. Then, delicious. Any establishment that has a copy of "The World Atlas of Coffee" by James Hoffman for customers to look through is great, in my book. Definitely worth a stop, and then, another."
"This place is amazing. Fresh sandwiches with creative ingredients, great ice cream flavors, locally sourced ingredients, and always a few different..."
