"Easily one of the best restaurants in Saratoga. The Smashburger was delicious and full of flavor. It came on time and I was not disappointed. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the chicken and waffles. It was all white meat chicken breast. Crispy and flavorful. I took a few bites and I was envious but I also enjoyed my burger. It just makes you want a little bit of everything. We got the picture of Bellini and it was perfect for both of us. Great value. Overall, we will return very soon. We went for brunch around 3 PM on a Sunday and it wasn’t too busy. Granted we had a reservation so if you have the opportunity make a reservation and you won’t be disappointed. Worst case you’ll have a 10 to 15 minute wait"

"Had a wonderful brunch at the Merc! Service was great and the atmosphere can't be beat. Love the old historical vibe. If you like a Bloody Mary you should definitely order one. I had the French Toast which was super yummy."
