"My wife Ari and I recently visited The Market Bar and Restaurant in Saratoga Springs, and we had a blast. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food delivered on every level. It’s the kind of place that feels both elevated and comfortable, where you can enjoy a great meal without any pretense. I ordered the Argentinian Empanadas, and they were fantastic. The exterior was perfectly crisp, and the filling was rich, savory, and clearly made with care. The chimichurri added a fresh, tangy kick that brought the whole dish together. I found myself slowing down halfway through just to make it last a little longer. Ari went with the Steak Frites, and she absolutely loved it. The steak was tender and flavorful, cooked just the way she likes it. The fries were golden, crispy, and didn’t even need ketchup — they were that good. It was one of those meals where each bite just works. From the food to the vibe to the service, everything hit the mark. We left full and happy, already talking about what we’d try next time. If you’re in Saratoga Springs, The Market Bar is definitely worth a visit."

"We have visited Franklin Square Market and the restaurant on many occasions since Jullie & Mark Delos have become managing partners. From casual drinks and apps at the bar on St. Patrick’s Day to an Italy themed 5 course dinner, to a restaurant dinner for a friend’s birthday, we have had excellent experiences. Their Kentucky Derby Block Party in its first year, attracted over 200 people and was amazing with decor, food, music and a very nice crowd. We ordered take out catering which was brought out to our car and was ready to go making hosting that night easy! Our favorite department is the seafood, always fresh and our advance orders are ready to go! On all these occasions from casual at the bar to sit down dinners, to special events, the team has always made us feel welcome! The food and service were beyond what you would expect from a new restaurant! The owners and the team at Market Cafe and Bar are dedicated to providing top quality experiences for their customers."
