from Google"Wow what a great neighborhood spot in the arts district of Saratoga. Locally sourced comfort food with an Irish flair. I had the Irish Ruben sandwich… Irish bacon (ham) lovely garlicky sauerkraut, cheese and bacon. And you don’t have to ask for malt vinegar with the hand cut fries…it’s on the table! Dallas was our waitress and she was lovely and attentive. Felt like a local on a Sunday evening. Family friendly."
"Great local (haha) bar. Fantastic food. I recommend asking them for some pesto on your grilled cheese. Trust me, it's life-changing. Humourous twist on a kid's menu."
"A cozy spot in an idyllic neighborhood. The shepherd's pie (cottage pie, really) was almost as good as homemade, and the fish & chips could hold its own against a Buffalo fish fry. One caveat: at the height of the lunch rush, it was punishingly loud inside. I would recommend choosing outdoor seating when it's busy, weather permitting."
"The Local is a fun, cute little vibe spot in Saratoga. Love the eclectic mugs hanging above the bar, the fun gear shop out front and the staff was attentive and fun. The food was delicious and a definite stop during racing or even in the winter! Great experience!"
"Great food and service, chicken wings crispy delicious. Nice outdoor seating with sunset sky views."
