"Was up this way and decided to be adventurous and go to a different PC. Pleasantly surprised. First, the parking lot seemed roomier with wider lanes, etc. Less concerned about getting backed into or hitting a pedestrian. The store is very large and well organized. There is a separate section on one side of the store with all of the paper goods, cleaning supplies, pet food, etc. The produce section was nicer and more “flashy” than my regular stores with big signs, “Wegman’s like” placing of vegetables in bins on separate islands, a huge organic section, etc. There is a large section with cooked food including pizzas, meats of various types….and a sushi station with a counter and seats. Store was clean and well lit. The deli carries Boars Head cold cuts…I guess only certain PC’s are. Will stop back if in the area."

"This is based on the bakery, whoever is making the donuts needs their own donut shop. Such a wide variety of donuts and they're actually good. I'd say this the best PC/M32 bakery for the donuts, the fritter and cinnamon roll I'd say Clifton Park still leads that category. The only issue with any of these donuts would be the vanilla frosting they use taste awful imo. The plain cake and powdered chocolate buttercream were great and wish more of the other stores had this much variety."

"Imagine a world where Wegman’s started in the capital district and Price Chopper started in Rochester. What a world it would be! Wegman’s wins in almost every category. Price Chopper does dominate the industry in gross bathrooms though. Ironically this has nothing to do with my poor experience tonight, but I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Update 11/10: Love the nothing response. Didn’t even ask what happened or say please reach out to so and so to go over what happened on your visit. They don’t want to improve. They are loving being blah. This is the attitude from management that translated directly to a poor customer service experience. I wonder if in their meetings there is a sign on the wall of their customer service mantra “pretend to care!”"

"My daughter is a new driver and was so excited to go to Market 32 on her own for Starbucks and sushi. Unfortunately, her positive experience turned negative when she went to the self-checkout area and was yelled at by a staff member for using a lane that was closed. She explained that she didn’t realize it was closed since she’s never used self-checkout before, but the employee continued to roll her eyes at her. It was embarrassing and discouraging for her — and now she doesn’t want to return. Market 32 should make sure their staff treat customers with patience and respect, especially young or new customers who are still learning. A little kindness goes a long way."

"I am a frequent shopper at Market 32. The selection is good and the team is friendly. PICS branded products are a good value. Often I buy my groceries in the morning on my way home from the gym. Most mornings I get to speak to Paula who is stationed at the bank of self service checkout. She is great, always friendly ~ she makes shopping at Market 32 a pleasant experience."
