"Love it here! The aesthetic is a fun vibe with a unique & cool color scheme. The bathrooms had a cool design on the walls great for mirror pics! FOOD IS DELISH! Love love love the hot dogs!"

"I’ve spent the last month visiting basically every restaurant in Saratoga, now I’m going through and reviewing them all. Bibulous was a pleasant surprise. Stopped in before we had a reservation at Danny’s and was met with a pleasant staff offering up delicious cocktails. Got to chat with one of the owners and she makes all the desserts so of course we had to stop back after dinner. Got the sticky toffee pudding and fig old fashioned, 10/10. She recommended the Pear Necessities for my friend and the tres leches, perfect. The menu changes often so it’s not a place to be slept on and it will be added to our regular rotation."

"Drinks are quite good and very well priced. Hard to beat an $18 martini flight in this town. All the cocktails are fun and unique and taste really good. Food tastes kinda frozen and not so fresh Service is absolutely abysmal. Have been 3 times now to try to see if it was simply the fact that this place is new and maybe they’re still working out the kinks. But bad service isn’t exactly a kink. It’s just bad. All 3 times i’ve been, I have not been served water during my entire time at the bar. I should not have to ask for water at a bar. All 3 times I’ve been, the bartender has simply tossed a menu down in front of me with 0 greeting. Not even a “welcome in” or “how are you?” You’re a brand new restaurant. Maybe welcome me in??? Ariel the bartender acts like she’d rather be anywhere than here. I won’t be coming back any time soon because it seems like my presence annoys the entire staff. Eyes rolled when ordering flights, sighs when ordering a water, etc. This place would be a really cool and affordable hangout if the service was comparable to even an Applebees. But it’s not. Bummer"

"Bibulous has a fun atmosphere and the cocktail I had was very good. The two gentlemen working the bar were also very nice, which my group and I appreciated. Unfortunately, there were a lot of hiccups which didn't leave a great first impression and the desserts were a miss for us. I would try Bibulous again but I would just stick to drinks at the bar next time."

"What a great addition to the Saratoga cocktail seen. A bright energy decor matches the owners enthusiasm and the drinks. There’s a drink for everyone from mescal to espresso martinis to perfect summer spritz’s. The desserts are house made and look fantastic."
