"This is an eight year review of the company. It is rare when you have a long term positive experience with a company that has primarily an online presence. I’d come see you guys next time I’m up that way. Just an impressive attention to the customer experience in tech support equal to that in sales. The online chat just works. I was not obviously decalcifying enough and had first a group head clog; go on their YouTube channel and an easy fix for that. Then, an air lock and a pump that wouldn’t stop. Another YouTube video but here was an issue needing more clarification and general (I didn’t want to make something worse) help with the guys open. Within 7 interactions, a cleaned up sensor and back to perfect. Next, a grinder. Prices have come down on grinders like the Ceado 37s. After 8 years with the Eureka Mignon, do I get a burr replacement or step up to fast more uniform grinding. They are not trying to sell me, just real competence, unhurried, and authentic. So the Creado is in and we have it dialed in for 18 grams, with a perfect 35 second pull for 32 grams of coffee. (I like it a bit viscous). WOW. Probably not fair to compare the 8 year old Eureka to the new Ceado. But 5 seconds instead of 20-25 seconds on a grind time is significant (and quiet!). Also, a really full syrup like viscosity on the pull with awesome transition to crema. May be a placebo but fantastic more balanced flavor with identical lavazza super crema beans and the Profitec 700 machine. Honestly you don’t need to do a deep dive online to find the best set up in coffee. You just call and talk to a human at WLL. If you read this far, tell them Mike said hi and thank you."
