"The Siren and The Sea is a beautiful and inviting space, combining the comfort of a coffee shop with the charm of a curated bookstore. We ordered a Gary Soto, a vanilla latte, and a caramel latte — all of which were well-crafted and delicious. The drinks were smooth, flavorful, and clearly made with care. While the atmosphere was cozy and the coffee hit the mark, the service could have been warmer. The cashier didn’t greet us and repeatedly asked “is that all” after each order, even though it was clear we were one group of four. It felt a bit rushed and impersonal, which stood out in an otherwise lovely experience. Still, the overall vibe and quality of the drinks make this a place worth visiting again. With just a little more attention to hospitality, it could easily be a five-star favorite."

"Nice, clean, cozy place to get a coffee with friends, find a new read, or get work done (they have WiFi too). Has great atmosphere with more of a coffee shop vibe downstairs and a bookstore vibe upstairs. They offer vegan pastries and non-dairy milks. Many of the latte names are bookish and the specialty ones come with little quotes! The staff are wonderful and go the extra mile, last time I was there they helped me carry my latte to my seat upstairs because my hands were full. This has quickly become one of my favorite places to work."

"My wife and I stopped here on our way home from a fall festival on a Saturday. We scooted in with about a half an hour until closing. We were greeted warmly in the coffee bar area and each ordered a latte. They were delicious. While they were being made, we wandered the downstairs book room and then went upstairs to see the remainder of their bookstore. I love how unique this place is- I’ve never went to an independent bookstore with a coffee shop inside. It’s such a great place where I could spend hours. The comfy reading areas are very welcoming. They have books, book marks, notebooks, cards and such a cute setup. There were at least 10 other people shopping in there. We bought our books a few minutes after 5 pm and the cashier was very polite and happy to be there. I’d definitely visit again if I’m in the area!"

"The staff here are ALWAYS so lovely-- no matter how busy it gets. The coffee is *chef's kiss* and the space is beautifully curated-- aesthetic-wise and book-wise. Not to mention the very happy community of plants throughout the space, which I love. I have to say, though, that my favorite thing about this place is the glassware. 😍 As a trans, queer person looking for space to work and read, The Siren & The Sea is my go-to! Convenient parking and a considerable amount of workspace given that it's a bookshop. 10/10!"

"Siren and The Sea is so enchanting and beautiful! I love the aesthetic and energy of the space! The people that work there are sweet and helpful! many different spaces in the store to explore and the book selection is incredible. The coffee and pastries are delicious. Jess the owner is very willing to support your search for whatever book or themes you want to explore. I am looking forward to seeing more unfold there…I have heard there will be some exciting author talks and other events! I think this will be a home away from home for me."
