"An unexpected jewel in the middle of Rochester. Coming off the elevator, I was immediately greeted graciously and courteously by the owner, Ben. It was obvious from the start that he maintains high standards at his place of business. All employees exhibited a high level of professionalism and comradery, their facilities were bright and shiny, obviously regularly maintained, and their play areas were spacious, free from debris, clutter, and other things you may see at other shops. It's apparent the level of detail they strive for is met on a consistent basis. Their products were priced more than fairly and anyone who is anyone NEEDS to make the trip to this one-of-a-kind place. I traveled from Canada to come here and it was in the top 1% of experiences I've had in a hobby store, and I've been to stores all over the country and in Canada. I will definitely be back and it's one of the few stores I've visited where I sincerely look forward to returning to. Thanks, Ben and the team for a great time! (Also they had fresh, clean washcloths to dry your hands with in the washrooms. This is such a small and simple yet exceedingly nice detail that offers a certain level of luxury other places just do not afford their customers!)"
