Compare it to store bought, and you will notice a night and day difference. The family who owns it are lovely people; very friendly. "If you are a coffee nerd in Buffalo, this should be your roaster. They have a really good selection of single-origin coffee. I am a snob, so that is all I drink. It is always within a few days off the roast. I like this because I can see how the flavor changes as the coffee rests over a few weeks at home. By the way, it is all delicious. Their Ethiopian bean is a Yirgacheffe, which I love. I just tried their Papua New Guinea on a Chemex, and it is my new favorite. Oh, and they sell Jamaican Blue 😎"

"Was tired of spending $4-5 per day on low quality coffee from large corporations. Bought a high quality espresso machine and decided to start brewing at home. With little knowledge on what beans to try, I decided to stop here today and the staff was very friendly and more than willing to help point me in the right direction. Just brewed my first espresso at home, using beans the worker recommended based on my taste, and it was fantastic. Will most definitely be a repeat customer. Oh and the prices were more than reasonable and the inside smells absolutely incredible."
