"DAYES Coffee Roasters is a beautiful spot, inside and out. I loved the cozy back porch and the ex-chair out front—it’s such a nice touch! The bathrooms were clean, which is always a plus. The affogato al caffè was hands down the best in town, and the cappuccino was awesome. Having half and half available was a bonus too. However, with prices this high, I’d expect more welcoming service. There were three people behind the counter, but no one engaged until it was my turn to order. Eye contact and a friendly vibe would make the experience much better. Also, the pastries didn’t stand out; they looked dry and all the same. Overall, it was a nice experience, but I definitely spent way more than anyone would want to on coffee. Especially in a small town like this. They had city prices. Definitely cute spot and a work space available for purchase.. I would come back"

"The best thing about Dayes is that they're the only place in the whole Hudson Valley region that offers bingsu (Korean milk snow dessert). They have some other good pastries too, including the croffles. It has a very nice, classy ambiance as well."
