It’s well-designed with two separate areas, which makes it perfect for working, meeting friends, or just hanging out. What really sets this place apart is the service is better than waiter-service spots. I also appreciate supporting the neighborhood through making a visible community board available as it is rare in LIC. The cafe excels as a specialty beer drinker's destination and provides a great experience. Beyond the daily cafe service, they offer the option to reserve the space for events. They host free live music performances and serve as a pickup point for CSA flowers. As for improvement, I hope management ensure consistent and timely responses across all communication channels like email and social media to match their level of service in-person service. I hope for a rotation of pastries, offering of green tea and ginger tea, soup, and specials. Overall, Greats of Craft is a great add to the neighborhood. Whether you’re looking to grab a quick coffee, hang out for an afternoon, or book a small event, it’s a welcoming and well-run spot."

"Been here several time. Great place to sit and do some work but the drinks (matcha and coffee) are watered down and disgusting. Doesn’t matter if it’s hot or iced, it’s so watery and the hot drinks are tepid at best."
