It’s such an aesthetic and cozy spot, with so much attention to detail. I’ve been to countless cafes, but this one truly checks every box. I would 100% go back to Long Island City just for them. This place is a gem."

"I could say that Santa Chiara is my favorite café in New York. The pastries are delicious, the Nutella crepe makes me forget about counting calories, and the coffee is always perfect, but what I love most is that the staff is always so friendly. This is one of the few truly beautiful places in New York City. "A friend recommended this place for its great gelato and variety of coffee and tea drinks. Although I wasn’t in the mood for ice cream, I decided to try the tuna salad, flavored tea that was wonderful, and the chocolate mousse, which was decent. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the tuna, as it tasted like canned tuna with a metallic flavor from the tin. The place is self-serve, but the guy behind the counter was attentive and pleasant. However, many patrons don’t clean up after themselves, leaving dirty cups and dishes behind. As a result, new customers are often left to clean their own tables, especially when the place gets busy. The location is great! The view is fantastic. I’ll give it a try in the spring or summer."
