"This is a bagel and cafe spot with huge flavor and a great selection. I was surprised by how much I loved the bagels. My favorite is the everything bagel. I took some bagels to NC and my family loved it. A true NY style bagel and breakfast sandwich spot. I haven't tried their lunch but will update when I do. They have a text number to order pickup ahead and it's so convenient."

"Quality has gone down in the past few months. The bagels are delicious, but the last 3 times getting egg sandwiches here my wife got loads of eggshells in hers. Probably mine too but I get bacon so I don't notice the crunch. We also had times when our bagels were toasted upside down, which was unpleasant. Seems the kitchen staff are probably rushed or careless. I hope they can tighten up because this used to be our favorite spot but my wife doesn't want to get sandwiches here anymore."
