"I love Wegmans! It’s usually not too busy, and you can find pretty much everything there. The cakes and other sweets they make adjacent to the deli are always delicious, and I’m lowkey addicted to their sushi. The people there are very nice, and customer service is actually helpful as well. I think it’s a lovely place and a good grocery store (although they keep trying to push the start of Christmas season earlier and earlier!) There’s also a lovely little cafe where you can eat your food, and a place where you can get sandwiches. Everything a person could ask for! Although sometimes they will rearrange the entire store, and that can be quite annoying. Overall, though, really love it!"

"I love almost everything about the Ithaca Wegmans location, but lately I've had multiple negative experiences with them. I'm an Instacart shopper, so I'm doing orders right up until they close pretty much every night. I've had to cancel several orders lately because of their inconsistent closing times. In my opinion, if your hours say that you're open until midnight, you shouldn't start turning people away at 11:50pm. I know where everything is in the store and can shop 10-15 items in 10 minutes. If the store policy is to close early every night, there should be large and visible signage stating such policies. For example: NO ENTRY AFTER 11:45PM SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. Some customers may drive from several miles away to get something last minute, or expect an order to be fulfilled when ordering with enough time through the shopping apps. I realize that the employees want to go home and relax, but a little common courtesy and customer service goes a long way. I honestly thought Wegmans cared more about these things."

"Why do you only open half the self checkout registers and let a line form, while the employee monitoring self checkout stands there doing nothing? You clearly have self checkout labeled 20 items or less, yet it isn’t enforced at all, people keep going through with a cart loaded to the brim, making those of us with three items wait on them, also wouldn’t be as big of an issue if there were more than 6 self checkout registers open."

"If you value your car, your time, or your sanity, steer clear. The parking lot is a nightmare—chaotic, mismanaged, and basically a crash course in vehicular terror. People back into each other like it’s a sport, tempers flare, and the “design” ensures everyone is a hazard to everyone else. Inside? Don’t even think about it. Aisles are so narrow and poorly laid out that navigating them is like playing real-life Tetris with other people’s carts. You spend 99% of your visit dodging elbows and carts, and 1% actually finding anything you need. Produce is a horror show—rotten, moldy, and clearly ignored. And if you value basic safety, good luck. I slipped and fell on a massive puddle near the coffee section because someone thought “wet floor signs” were optional. Spoiler: they are not. This place doesn’t just fail—it actively assaults anyone foolish enough to enter. Management, take a good hard look: this store is a liability, and your customers deserve better."

"An amazing store on a great spot, lot of parking spots , very good ambience for shopping. Staffs are friendly , attentive , informed. We went to market cafe and food tasted good. But for the price it is not worth. It came around average $20 person( we did not had lot of quantity though). Some food needs refill when we were there. But mostly Asian , pizza foods in the food bar. Soups are available for standard price based on cup size ($5 is min). Variety of beer , no wine sold in the store, big and spacious store."
