"A convenient location on campus for a coffee fix. Generally has long wait lines, especially after the lectures finish. The coffee isn't the best. The drip coffee tasted burnt 2/3 times, latte didn't taste that good for 6 dollars. Matcha was decent. Croissant lacked the layered pastry texture, being more dense and chewy rather than light and flaky. They have a wide range of gimme coffee beans, brewers, merch, and a selection of grab an go refrigerated drinks, yogurt cups, energy bars and chocolates. Unfortunately I feel the place is understaffed, and they need larger area to keep up with the demand. Most times I found the barista taking orders to be tired and overwhelmed. I hope they can improve the workspace and staff to deliver consistent and better quality."

"It is kind of super over priced (especially the pastries) but the employees are awesome! They get swamped and there’s a little bit of a wait at peak students-in-Gates hours but they do an awesome job regardless."
