"Stay a couple times a year at a nearby AirBnb, and Iron Coffee Co is a key part of the Hoosick experience every time. I love coming to work here in the mornings. For those who like strong / bold espresso drinks, I highly recommend both the iced latte and the iced cappuccino—one of the best iced lattes I’ve had anywhere."

"Stopped into Iron Coffee the other day for a cup of coffee. It was pretty busy so I was optimistic. The coffee was ok, not great, but ok. We had the dark roast and would have thought it would be a little more robust in flavor but it wasn't. It was weak like not enough coffee or the beans weren’t roasted enough. It was’t even hot. The service was great however so that was a plus. Nice and friendly staff all the way around. There were a lot of locals there so it seems to do a decent business. But to be honest, it's the only coffee house in town. The place seemed a bit dark and dirty. The exhaust system must be not working or not strong enough because the entire place smelled of what ever was being cooked on the griddle. We sat upstairs and our eyes watered the entire time we were there. The odor got on our clothes and stuck with us until we got home. Their restroom wasn't clearly marked and was kind of hidden back by the kitchen area. It was also very dark back where it was located. A little more light all around would be helpful. The concept and decor is a great idea but it felt more like what we use to call a "greasy spoon" restaurant than a quaint coffee house. It won't take much to make it better but as it is, can't say much good about the experience at Iron Coffee Co. I hope they take this review in a positive and constructive light as there really isn't much that needs to be done to make it a very special place to go for coffee and food. Note: We didn’t have any food so we don’t know what the quality was for that."

"Nice and unique atmosphere. Good coffee ☕️ chill music, nice and friendly people here. Dog/kid-friendly place in Hoosick Falls. I had the Dirty Hippie where they made of Chai Latte and a shot of Espresso. It was an interesting mixed of sweetness from Chai Latte and a little hint of espresso coffee."

"OMG!!! The experience of this place was AMAZING!!! The food was delicious and the customer service was impeccable!!! The ambience of the place is amazing and very inviting! You have to have their egg sandwich! It is the perfect, homemade breakfast sandwich ever!!!"
