We tried four different coffee types: Maestro, Capuccino blend, Espresso and Espresso #4. We especially liked the Capuccino blend which was very good in a capuccino but also excellent as an espresso shot. The espresso #4 was also great as a capuccino/latte."

"I had tried a lb last year and coulnt believe how good it was. So fresh. Then I realized it was roasted right here in Honeoye falls. I stopped over and the gentleman there made me a cup of cappuccino while he showed me the plant. I’ve tried both the cappuccino and the the maestro blend - excellent and because it’s so fresh the taste is not bitter and the oils from the beans that come out in the coffee make it a rich cup of coffee . Just like coffee in Italy !"
