I stopped for a breakfast sandwich, which was egg whites with american cheese on a hard roll and a flavorful cup of fresh coffee with a few hazelnut shots. "Yummy for my tummy". "The staff was friendly and pleasant this morning, which made for a nice start. Unfortunately, the latte and bagel breakfast sandwich didn’t quite hit the mark. This place has strong potential, but a few execution details hold it back. The bacon wasn’t cooked until crispy, the bagel wasn’t toasted before wrapping, and the eggs were overly oily. A lighter hand with oil and more attention to texture would make a noticeable difference. The latte tasted more like sweet milk than coffee—I would have preferred a stronger espresso presence. Overall, not a bad place, but not the best by any means. With some refinement, it could be much better."

"Absolutely love this place! The service is fast and everyone is incredibly kind, you truly feel like part of the family. The manager Tyler seems to be on a first name basis with so many regulars, which really speaks volumes about their customer service. My go-to is always the Chester Arthur latte and the classic sausage burrito, such a perfect way to start the workday. I honestly can’t go a week without stopping in! Love the atmosphere of this place and all the people. If you haven’t yet, you must try!"

"Buds on the Hudson has become one of my favorite go to coffee shops! The staff is always so friendly, and I love love love their coffee. The mocha is delicious, and their delightful fall latte is my absolute fav this season. Their food is great too - I’ve tried their bagels, sandwiches, and wraps and always enjoy everything I eat there. If you’re looking for a cozy spot to work from, this is a great place. They have Wi-Fi and really nice vibes. Pro tip: They have a point system, so don’t forget to ask about it!"
