"We had a wonderful experience at Holy Grounds this morning! We were greeted immediately & warmly and offered a menu. We both got dark roast coffee, it was delicious! The perfect temperature & tasted divine. We also got two breakfast bagels, absolutely delicious with real egg and our choice of cheese. (We got cheddar) The fruit parfait was also perfect & the fruit was so fresh! The atmosphere & experience was so warm, inviting and the best experience we've had in a coffee shop in a long time! We didn't dine in but the seating was so inviting and comfortable looking. Every single person who works there was so kind & customer service oriented. It was such a phenomenal experience!! ☕"

"Being a lifelong espresso addict, I was fortunate to stumble upon Holy Grounds when I had a brief work assignment in Elmira. The customer service was great —-staff were genuinely enthusiastic. My Macchiato was fantastic! Having to return to Elmira two weeks later I made sure to stop by Holy Grounds and was lucky enough to be be greeted by Tina, the owner who made me a master class Mocha Espresso perfection for my drive back to my hometown. Holy Grounds is beautifully designed and family owned. They selected a local coffee roaster from the region who makes some darn delicious coffee.
