"I recently visited Cold Spring Coffee, and the bakery was fresh and inviting. It was busy because of the weekend, but the service was great. The staff took the time to explain the ingredients in each pastry, which I really appreciated. Since it’s fall, many of the bakery’s offerings had apple flavors, and I tried the original scone and apple muffin—both were delicious. Definitely a cozy spot for fresh baked goods and seasonal treats!"

"The girls behind the counter were definitely more concerned with talking to each other than attending to customers. We got two lattes and a bacon egg and cheese pretzel bagel. They gave it to us completely cold. Bit into a VERY salty bite. Then got to stone cold egg. I couldn’t even eat it. It was awful. I thought about going inside and asking for my money back and I never do that. Instead I just put it on top of the garbage outside for the birds. Coffee was ok. Edit: after the owners replied to this review I would like to respond. The young people you employ were not paying attention to any of the customers. I didn't feel like we're receptive to hearing a complaint. Also, it was our first time in your establishment. Maybe, your employee should have ask if I wanted it heated up. I would have said yes. I post when things are good and when things are bad."

"i enjoyed my visit here today! great location on Main Street. good service. i had an iced s’mores latte and a cider donut, both were super delicious! only complaint was that it was super hot inside. we decided to sit outside so it doesn’t take away from my rating. i highly recommend stopping by!"
