"Ordered online and walked a couple of streets over to pick up. Got the bag with my receipt stapled shut to it only to get back to my building to notice that there was a different receipt stapled to the inside of the bag and it was not my order. Walked back again in cold weather just to get my correct order. Not impressed. $16 for a grilled cheese and soup and that’s with a coupon. $1 ordering fee for ordering online pickup. Was going to get a cookie but the ones sitting out on the counter had small flies around them. Can’t say anyone there was very personable either. Just overall a bad experience and won’t be returning."
