My last order of 2 lbs of house blend got tossed because it's got a chlorine chemical taste. And I've had a flavored coffee with a similar off flavor."

There is a coffee variety for everyone and you can buy fresh roasted beans by the pound and have them ground fresh on site. Great and friendly staff can offer suggestions. They also have a punch card for frequent customers. Good prices and deals for seniors on Tuesday’s. Staff is compliant to covid precautions. Everyone is wearing a mask and being safe. "I've been coming to premium for a while now. I'm not sure what has happened but I've tried multiple different times and my coffee is always watery or doesn't have much flavor. This has been more consistent in the last year; before that was always correct and super yummy. I'm not sure if it is the Baristas working or if there have been changes. But more often than not recently my coffees don't have much flavor, are not made correctly, and prices always vary. It's just disappointing when I come in and I'm paying money for something and the product just isn't always the same. I do have to give kudos to Morgan who always makes my coffee correctly it has flavor and just is worth the money. However Morgan is the only one that knows how to make the coffee the correct way and doesn't taste water down. Today, I got my coffee mine was so watered down it didnt taste like anything, and I got a macchiato. My friends tasted like spoiled milk. Overall if made correctly the coffee is phenomenal. The service is typically good. Prices can vary depending on who is cashing you out. The redone inside is cozy and comfortable."
