"1/10/26. Just had an early dinner w friends. Eggplant parm, spinach pie, beef gyro deluxe w/ fries and Greek salad, plus coffee. Everything was fresh, well prepared, hot and delicious! The male server w/dark hair was very kind and competent. Thank you!"

"I was raised in this area and when. I saw the diner I wanted to go in. I instantly began to reminisce when I would get off the 1 train late at night and go eat here. It has me family run and operated business. There have been some updates, but there is still a diner feel."

"I came to Goldmine to have breakfast with a friend. Upon leaving, I realized that I left my hat at the restaurant. I immediately returned and spoke with the waitress who served us. She pretended to search for my missing hat. She informed me that another group may have taken the hat. Which is impossible because I was only gone for 20 minutes and there is no way that another guest could have eaten their meal so fast. She even informed me to call at 6am and speak to the manager. I felt that I was being lied to and I was absolutely right. I found my hat hidden behind the ketchup at the top shelf. Attempting to steal my hat at the end of her shift. What a low, degrading and classless thing to do! I will never eat at this establishment again!!"

"The food is decent however the service was not so good. The waitress was quite rude so we asked for another person to serve us other than that everything was fine."
