"Food is very good. When ever I'm around and hungry this is my togo spot they have both Mexican and American menus. Service is excellent, just be mindful it does get busy so their might be a wait time overall I reccomend this place to anyone who's around."

"Their food is not consistent. I have ordered Gorditas before. Today. I ordered 2 chicken gorditas and they basically sent me an American taco minus tomato in a gordita. I have always had gorditas with black beans and avocado at Diamanté Poblano where I usually order from, they have their gorditas with black beans and 3 slices of avocado. I should have ordered from them but my boyfriend wanted an item on their menu. I looked online for the Gorditas recipe and it does include beans. I guess Diamanté Poblano goes that extra mile for their customers. Family cafe does the minimum for their customers. It was such an unappealing meal. I called and no remedy was offered despite my friendliness and dissatisfaction. I will not order from Family Cafe again."
