It does take some time, but this is the only shop in New York that can properly repair Vienna coffee machines — and they do it with care and expertise. The place has a real Italian family atmosphere. When you walk in, you feel like you’ve been transported straight to Italy — the vibe, the people, even the language! They have a great selection of coffee, pasta, and many other Italian products. You can also buy coffee machines, cups, mugs, and every accessory imaginable for making great coffee. If you love Italian coffee, food, or sweets, you simply have to visit this shop. You won’t be disappointed!"

"I sent in my ten year old Gaggia Titanium for service. They told me it would take months due to the backlog. When they send it back (via FedEx wrapped like it was a million dollar painting) not only did they fix the issue, they cleaned the entire machine top to bottom. I set it up and it works like it was new. The cost? Around $200 for a machine that is ten years old. It will now run another ten years and for that I am grateful! Such an amazing company that I will continue to get my coffee and Italian foods from."
