They have a rewards program through text to your phone so you can earn free drinks. Even when they are busy service is fast. It's a small space but it's not a crowded space."

I’ve always had a great experience at Off Grid, with my favorite drink being the hojicha latte (though the matcha is great too). Something I really love is how attentive the employees are when taking your order to make sure the drink matches your exact preference. I went with my friend, and they asked so many thoughtful questions — like how many shots, how sweet, and of course, the classic: “Is whole milk okay?” I’m used to only being asked about milk, so being asked about other aspects actually made me start questioning my own preferences since I usually just drink whatever other cafes give me. Sometimes I think, hmm, this isn’t as sweet as I wanted, or this drink just isn’t that good. But at Off Grid, every time I’ve ordered the hojicha, it’s been consistently amazing. My friends who come with me (usually ordering an iced latte) always agree that their drinks are great too, and they really like being able to adjust the sweetness. The staff are also super transparent about how much sweetness goes into your drink, which really helps you figure out what you like. The service here is truly next-level. I’m used to picking up my drink at the counter when my name’s called, but at Off Grid, they always bring it right to your table. That’s just one of the many ways the employees show how attentive they are to making sure everyone has a great experience. For example, one time my friend sat at a table near the end where there aren’t many outlets, and the only one was an extension cord tucked behind a plant. The employee noticed her sitting there and, without her even asking, offered to plug in the extension cord so she could charge her devices. Another time, a friend of mine was about to move to a newly available table, and before he could, the employee stopped him — just to wipe it down, even though it wasn’t dirty. Little things like that really show how exceptional the service is and how much they care about keeping customers comfortable and focused while studying. Also, the music that day was on point — it really helped keep me motivated to study. And this might sound random, but the restroom is always stocked with toilet paper and paper towels — another example of how attentive they are to keeping everything in order so customers never have to worry about anything. If I had to point out one con, it would be the limited study space since there aren’t that many seats. But honestly, the drinks, service, and overall vibe are so good that I don’t mind taking my chances on finding a seat whenever I go. As someone who’s been to a lot of cafes, Off Grid definitely stands at the top when it comes to both service and drinks — I’d highly recommend it to anyone who wants to study or just enjoy a genuinely great cafe experience. Bonus: Matcha + Hojicha are all hand-whisked!"

The space is well-designed and cozy, a complement to their exceptional drinks. I particularly love their matcha offerings—especially the strawberry matcha latte, which is easily one of the best I've ever had! Also love their rotating baked goods, I keep coming back to the butter mochi and Kora cookies. The service is consistently friendly as well. Staff are always nice and make you feel welcome.
