"Expensive. Bagel was cold and had almost no cream cheese on it. We ordered lattes and bagels and they took so long to come out that everything was cold by the time we got it. For the price I was expecting gourmet quality. This place was such a disappointment"

"This place has been a favorite spot of my girlfriend’s for a very long time, and I see way. There’s so much to love about NYBCH. They have excellent quality bagels (and a large assortment), excellent quality spreads (and a large assortment, great coffee drinks, and even some sleeper hits like their quiche. On top of all that, they usually have plenty of seating if you want to relax and stay awhile. If the weather is nice, they even have a great outdoor seating area, too! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Queens. Also, be sure to get some of their quiche. It may actually be the best quiche I’ve ever eaten."

"I love the bagels and service here and today was no exception. They have so many options to choose from and its exciting to know that their bagels are baked on the premises. Service is great and the ambiance is chill/laid back. There is dim lighting in the dining area so you feel relaxed. There is also outdoor seating all year round. They also have a.wonderful selection selection of cookies, cakes, and pies which I have not tried yet but looking forward to it one day."

"I had everything bagel with tofu cream cheese ($4.10), it was huge and very delicious! The bagel itself was a little too salty for my taste, but the cream cheese was 5 stars. They have a lot of breakfast options savory and sweet. Huge variety of bagels and spreads. Friendly and patient customer service. Good vibes, plenty of space to sit (indoors and outdoors)."
