"I can’t say enough great things about Multimodal. Paolo & team have built something special. A welcoming space for coffee professionals as well as coffee consumers/lovers of all levels/knowledge. If you want to roast with no prior knowledge & be supported imho this is the only option in NYC. Training/education & space renting with top of the line equipment to match the service & environment is also available. They also regularly host so many cool free public events like cupping, tastings, education. And lastly it serves as retail space & home for Regalia Coffee who are one of the best roasters in the world. I feel so fortunate & am grateful to have Multimodal in my city."

Paolo was so informative and kind, and you could really feel the sincerity of his efforts to both create a community for experienced folks and newcomers alike. The class covered so much in a short time, but Paolo explained things in an easily digestible manner and the hands-on time with roasting/cupping really tied everything together.
