"I went to NYC with others and decided to check out Jhoane’s Bakery after seeing it recommended on TikTok! We came here 4 days ago, although it took us about 3 hours to get, figuring out the subway, we were excited to finally arrive. When we got there, we were tired, but as soon as I walked in, I was amazed. The bakery is absolutely beautiful, and every dessert and pastry looked delicious. Though the place was packed, we were lucky enough to get a table. The customer service is beyond 10/10. I didn’t realize it at first, but I also spoke with the owner, he is so kind and attentive. He truly makes sure everyone feels comfortable and has the best experience possible. For the time it took to get there, I would definitely come back, even if it took another three hours, it was all worth it. The food was beautifully decorated, the flavors were an explosion in my mouth. I’m still thinking about this amazing place. They’re also bilingual in Spanish, which I loved. James was an amazing waiter, attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. I do wish there were more vegetarian options on the menu, but the staff was very flexible and happy to accommodate, which I truly appreciated. Definitely a place worth checking out for brunch or for desserts!"

"We went for dessert and coffee after dinner and had a great time at Jhoanes bakery. This place was highly recommended by the local who comes here all the time. Passion fruit mousse with mango was very pretty and delicious! Our favorite was the fruit tart. Fresh cream with berries melt in your mouth. All the iced coffee and latte were good. Cafe was cozy and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back to try their food next time."

"HEAR ME OUTTT!! So basically, I visited this bakery yesterday in the morning. As soon as I opened the door, the waitress greeted me warmly. I loved the environment and the vibes. I ordered some food, and it came out really fast . It had great flavor and was rich in taste. I also got some pastries to go, along with arepas and a croissant sandwich, all beautifully presented. Also loved their seasonal decorations, makes you really comfortable. The prices were reasonable, and trying the pastries was such a great experience. I’m planning to go back next week because I wanted to try some other fruit options, but they weren’t available this time. I suggest calling ahead if you want to try a specific fruit pastry, just to make sure they have it in stock."
