"I first came here with my dad when my parents visited from out of state after the birth of my first child a few months ago. It was awesome!! Super quick service and the food was great except the pan de bono was a little tasteless. Both my parents got the breakfast croissants with ham, egg, and spinach and loved it. I just got two cheese arepas and split a carrot bread slice with my wife—she also got pan de bono. I’ve since come back for a snack or coffee a few times (I live a five minute walk away) and really enjoy it—usually I just get a plain arepa and coffee or an americano. The only small thing (and why I would give this 4.5 stars) is that the one time I got a plain espresso it tasted too burned for my palette—that might by a me problem. Anyway a great place to go!"

"Charming, small cafe with typical drinks and food on Steinway. Great for a quick bite. I loved their Prosciutto Mozzarella Arugula Sandwich! Looks small but packs a yummy punch. Would come back again. Only downside is their seating is quite limited (four small tables for two people each). Definitely a good place to grab and go."

"Tried Pandebono and flat white - coffee is solid and pandebono was really good! I have never tried colombian pastry so I googled Pandebono and thought it would be a savory bread (said it was a cheese bread) but it’s very slightly sweet. Loved it. With flat white it made a great dessert for me :) I will be coming back for the pastries as the croissants also looked really good. Not a fancy set up but it is clean, has a table and seats at the bar. def a family business feel which I enjoyed."

"I’ve been coming to this café for years and used to love it — the ladies who worked there were kind, and the pastries were great. But ever since a new male employee started, the atmosphere has gone completely downhill. He’s been rude, aggressive, and outright nasty. Today was the last time I’ll ever buy a coffee here. While I was simply adding cinnamon and sugar to my drink, he deliberately pushed the swinging door toward me, nearly hitting me. He made disgusted faces, clearly because of a prior interaction we’d had. It was hostile and inappropriate. The food quality has dropped, prices are inflated, and the staff attitude is unacceptable. It seems like they only want to cater to a specific crowd now, and as someone who’s been loyal for years, that’s both disappointing and discriminatory."

"My visit here was great. Nice coffee, light treats, friendly staff. Cappuccino was on the bitter side but smooth and creamy. ✨Pandebono was delicious. Soft and chewy. For the sweet options. 🥕Carrot almond loaf was good and was recommended by the staff. Moist but not too oily; light and fluffy but not too dry. Dulce de leche cake was a little bit dry. But the caramel was good. I dipped into my cappuccino and it was a great match."
