"I have no idea why this company chooses to roast black coffee, manufacturing it at almost midnight for the whole city almost of Gloversville to completely smell that burnt popcorn smell. It's disgusting. Some of us have to work in the morning and my sinuses are completely jacked all because your company decides to do this on a weeknight. If you live in the Gloversville area, this company may have the best practices, or whatever but as far as the atmosphere, it's atrocious, no kind of thinking goes into maybe not making people inhale that stench."

We love the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, a very dark and smooth brew that makes the national brands so mediocre in comparison. Every single time there has been a mix-up with address or whatnot, this exemplary company has always sent another order at no extra charge (you can charge me again - we eventually always get it!).
