"I'm excited to welcome The Works Cafe to the neighborhood! This morning we decided to door dash breakfast and placed an order from The Works. The menu items were beyond your standard breakfast sandwiches and offered many different options for beverages as well. We got the Bacon Avocado Quinoa Bowl & the Sunrise Wrap, and for a drink, the Pumpkin Spice Chai. Both meals had vibrant colors and flavors, arrived quickly and were still warm. Ingredients were fresh, flavorful and beautifully paired. The Chai was nicely spiced and deliciously creamy - an outstanding experience overall. We highly recommend this establishment and are excited to try more of their menu options!"

"This is my new favorite café. The food is delicious! The service is friendly, there's plenty of seating, including comfortable booths; the WIFI is strong; the bathrooms are spacious and clean; and there's a nice patio. Two thumbs up!"

"I was looking forward to this place when i heard it opened. It was a weekday morning and not busy. The menus were fine and understandable. I ordered a double egg breakfast sandwich with bacon and cheese, and an OJ. No coffee. What surprised me first was the $16.95 cost. I can do way cheaper at other cafes. Then i found the eggs were not fresh cracked and fried. They looked like a Stewarts egg, which are frozen. How does an egg patty sandwich come out to that much money? The taste was not good. A fresh egg is delicious and these were blah. And i got two of them in my sammy. Disappointment ruled the visit. No hot sauce in the place to make it great. This review is only about one visit for one menu item. I will return for lunch someday."

"Stopped in for a quick bite this morning. Cashier greeted me with the biggest smile. From start to finish I had my food/beverage in under 5 mins. Food was delicious! Highly recommend for the good, fast friendly service!"

"I visited The Works recently and had a completely off-putting experience. While I was sitting there eating, an employee began mopping the floor directly around my table. The smell of the cleaning chemicals mixed with the grime was nauseating while trying to have a meal. What makes this even more frustrating is that we were the only customer in the shop at the time. There were plenty of other areas that could have been mopped besides the exact spot where we were sitting. It showed a total lack of awareness and zero respect for the customer experience. To top it off, the food was a letdown. My daughter’s bagel was disgusting—prepared incredibly messily and just unappetizing to look at, let alone eat. Between the odor, and the poor food quality, we will not be returning. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about basic sanitation and service."
