"I typically order delivery but have dined in the restaurant once. The atmosphere and service was decent. The food is absolutely delicious but the portion sizes and toppings for the salad have varied at times for take out. I would go for happy hour, or the themed days such as Mussel Monday's or Taco Tuesday's. The mussels, spicy kale caesar wrap (to die for), and spicy kale caesar with a cripsy chicken add on is a must try. I look forward to trying more of their menu."

"I came here for brunch and My server Ivy was really nice and made me feel really welcomed. Give that girl a raise! I ordered the kale Ceasar warp with truffle fries and it was DELICIOUS. The restaurant has a chill cozy vibe and is in a quaint part of town. If you're in the area definitely stop by. Highly recommend."

"I’ve been looking forward to checking out the restaurant, Dove & Deer, since I first encountered their food when their chef was highlighted at the annual Summer Gala fundraiser here in Hudson last year. Their chef served an incredible amuse-bouche with gooseberries and the chef who was there sharing the amuse-bouches was wonderfully charming and the food was incredible! I was so impressed that I’ve been following their social media since then and have been looking forward to visiting the restaurant all the while! I was recently in the area and while I unfortunately wasn’t able to visit the restaurant in person- I was able to order through Door Dash and the meal was incredible! We ordered an assortment of things to share and were thrilled with everything! -Spicy Kale Caesar with shredded kale, croutons, and shaved parmesan! -Truffle Parm Fries with scallions and truffle aioli! -Mini Wagyu Beef Hotdogs made with wagyu beef, served in buttery toasted buns, and topped with mustard, ketchup, and relish! -Hot Lobster Dip made with lobster claw and knuckle meat, gruyere, gouda, fontina, spinach, scallion, and crispy wontons! It is often very difficult for a restaurant to adjust their menu to translate to takeout; and for them to do so where every single dish was not only delicious but also mostly with a great presentation, says a great deal about their attention to detail. This is a restaurant I look forward to dining at again many more times over the years!"

"Great spot! Food was delicious and the vibe was perfect. Nick the manager was super friendly and made sure we were taken care of. We stayed for Dove After Dark with a DJ from 10–1 AM and loved the fun late-night crowd. Will definitely be back!"

"Found this place on vacation. Food is fantastic. We had a BLT added an egg. Toasted dark. It was spot on. One of the freshest salads I have had. Dressing was house dressing. Something spicy. Frigging awesome. Chicken wrap. Fries again, fantastic. Service top notch."
