"This is a great hotel deal in Reno - I always stay here or the Nugget. The prices are hard to beat. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with updated decor and not too cluttered. The beds are very comfortable and the shower has fantastic water pressure. The hotel is not attached to the casino which I prefer. It’s a short walk to the casino but being in its own building is something I like. The casino has a really good 24 hour restaurant with a delicious breakfast, a really good Mexican restaurant and one of the top 3 steakhouses in Reno. The location in Sparks near the marina is very safe and quiet. It’s close to lots of shopping and also the best pizza in Reno - Grimaldi’s. I’ve stayed at many spots in Reno and everything considered this is one of the best places to stay…"

"I loved my stay at this hotel. I arrived on a Thursday evening and checked out on Friday. The parking lot was busy, but there were still plenty of spots available. The check-in area is inside the same building as the casino and restaurants, while the hotel rooms are located in a separate building across the way—which I think is great because it makes the rooms quiet and completely isolated from noise and foot traffic. I accidentally booked a smoking room, but the front desk staff kindly offered an air purifier, which worked well. The room itself didn’t smell too strong anyway. It looked exactly like the photos online and came with nice amenities—mini fridge, complimentary coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and soap. They even gave me a free welcome cocktail and a 10% bonus for the gift shop. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. I also tried their 24-hour restaurant for breakfast, and the food was affordable and delicious. Overall, I loved the service and the facilities. I would definitely come back. Thank you!"

"I've stayed here on two different work trips. The rooms have been clean, spacious and quiet. They are dated, but are well equipped with a Keurig and mini fridge. The parking is free but isn't always the most convenient due to the proximity to the casino (which is a separate building across the parking lot). The area appears to be safe but I have heard the marina may not always be the safest place. I have not experienced any issues. I have not tried the food in the casino, but have been told the restaurants are pretty good. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Other staff also are very welcoming."

"Mid-week stays at Western Village Inn and Casino 🎰 (a Peppermill resorts property) is a great deal❣️ We love to ski at Palisades, Mt Rose and it’s an easy 45 minutes drive to this hotel. On holiday weekends, Reno hotels such as this beats Tahoe area hotels in pricing We got a room with a king size bed, very comfortable bed and 4 pillows. Good bathroom decor with high spa quality shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer. Beautiful room decor and good smelling room. The casino however is smoky because smoking is allowed and they have a low ceiling building. Highly recommended: we will be back. "It's a not real fancy well maintained (Peppermill owned) property with good rates on the Sparks Marina very PET FRIENDLY place (Call ahead) Pet rooms have wood floors, stainless steel water and food bowls, AND a tennis ball they get to keep. We take our 6 month Parson Jack puppy there. She loves the Marina. Nice walking path and an "Off The Leash" dog park with a fenced in "Doggie Beach" We stay there about once a month. Oh, and the staff is super friendly."
