"This place is shiiiz! Food is Amazing! Server's customer service is a hit or miss. It really depends on the server but I dont care about that at this place. The food justify it. Prices are good too! We've been here over 20 times and sometimes...the food is not consistent but for the most part it is. Love the little corn thingy they put on the side. The black beans is so good! The tequila steak is one of my favorite there. Tried several different dishes here and it do not dissapoint. Always leaving satisfied and full. Wished I took more pictures as i dont normally take pics of my food but I'll update the pics when we go again."

"Great Mexican American restaurant, nothing too authentic though. Plenty of cozy booths and table seating for groups. Excellent margaritas! Service was friendly, quick and orders did not take long to come out. The portions are big plenty to share and the prices are very fair. Gets crowded so make a reservation if coming on the weekends. Everyone can find something on this menu pretty solid spot."

"We went to Pancho and Willie's because of a recommendation by a relative. We had not so good experiences with Western Village Inn in 2019 and have stayed away. We decided to go ahead and try again. We were pleasantly surprised. The casino area was not smokey and everything was clean. The Mexican food at Pancho and Willie's looks promising. I had the shrimp fajitas and enjoyed every bite. The wife had a prime rib. The prime rib appeared to be on the lean (not much marbling) side. However it tasted fine and wasn't chewy. The service was hit and miss. The primary server was lacking. The assistant to this server did everything else with speed and charisma. We will return to try the steakhouse and other Mexican treats."

"Absolutely LOVED everything about it. The service was amazing, food portions were VERY large, highly affordable for multiple people and the atmosphere was quiet enough to talk. Even the lighting wasn't horribly bright. Our server was ontop of everything too. Definitely recommend this hidden gem."

"Loved the warm welcome at the hostess podium. The decor was comfortable- south-of-the-boarder, and it made us feel like we were in a relaxed Mexican resort. Our server, Julie, was just the right amount of attentive, making sure our needs and wants were met. The margarita was delish, the complimentary warmed tortilla chips and salsa was top notch. I had the Honey Salmon with baked potato, husband had the Macho Burrito/pork and the black beans. The main dishes were generously portioned, and we really could have just ordered one and split it -- would have meant there were room left for one of the delicious sounding desserts. We will return, and highly recommend!"
