"The coffees i had bought today were so yummy. I’ve worked in the coffee industry for 5 years now so i know what i’m looking for when i get a coffee. However, the customer service here was awful. I’ve never seen worse customer service before. I have never been to this coffee shop before so obviously i was asking some questions and the girl with black hair ringing me out seemed so irritated at my presence. You have one of the easiest jobs in the world and that’s coming from my experience. Your entire role is to have a positive attitude. I can understand you having a bad day, don’t take it out on the customers. other than that, the coffees pretty good!"

"I love the coffee n comics location off of Moana Ln, their matcha latte was delicious, and the service was fantastic. I came to this location in Sparks and the customer service was terrible. The girl behind the counter (black hair, piercings) seemed so annoyed I was there and made my drinks unsweetened when I asked for them to be sweetened with honey. Like another reviewer said, you have such an easy job in a slow location - why are you so mad?"
